We believe intentionality brings nuanced forms of focus, connection and depth; all essential when preparing or integrating a psychedelics experience.
We have recorded two free sets of preparation and integration meditations, to help you have a deep and conscious relationship with your experience. Weaving together mindfulness, somatic awareness, movement and breath, these meditations support and expand your preparation and integration.
Preparation Meditation 1
In this meditation, we will practice breath and connection to the body through somatic awareness. This is a great practice both for preparation and navigation of psychedelic states.
Preparation Meditation 2
In this meditation, you will practice identifying and using your internal resources. This practice builds a connection with your strengths and inner tools, which helps navigate deep and challenging preparation and navigation processes.
Preparation Meditation 3
In this meditation, you will practice connecting to breath as a tool of deepening or regulating powerful emotions. The ability to be focused and present during these moments helps with insight,

Integration Meditation 1
In this meditation, you will reconnect with your experience, reprioritizing your experience and refocusing your awareness. Maintaining a conscious connection with our experience helps deepen exploration, insight and bring new information.
Integration Meditation 2
In this meditation, you will connect your body with your integration process and bring new somatic awareness. It is easy to rush forward while leaving the body behind, which this meditation helps us reconnect and listen to your somatic experience.
Integration Meditation 3
In this meditation, you will use movement to bring deeper awareness into your integration process. Movement allows us to unify the psych-spiritual process with the somatic-emotional, allowing both an opening of the integration and a noticing new material to process.
